My name is Christiana, and I have worked with over 200 organizations and coached thousands of individuals on incorporating mindfulness for improved well-being. My clients have won local and national awards, and I have been recognized by the Wellness Council of America (WELCOA) as one of the Top 10 Health Promotion Professionals in the country. I hold multiple certifications in health education, wellness coaching, and mindfulness for children. With a double major in Human and Organizational Development and Sociology from Vanderbilt University, and a Masters Degree in Public Health, I am also a qualified instructor of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program from University of California San Diego School of Medicine. I am passionate about helping people achieve their full potential and live a balanced, fulfilling life.
